Fool For The City is very good but it's not my favorite Foghat and it can't stand with Presence IMO.

Aside from LZ3, Presence is probably my least favorite album by Zeppelin. It was one of the first Zep albums I ever bought and I've been disappointed with it since day one (much like LZ3)

So, my vote goes to Foghat here.
