Ozzy Osbourne says he might be up for a Black Sabbath reunion in 2012, but only if bassist Geezer Butler agrees to stop moaning.
The Prince of Darkness has been linked with a return to his old band since the death of Ronnie James Dio in May, who was singing with the rebadged Heaven and Hell. But an original lineup, also bringing in drummer Bill Ward, could be on the cards once Osbourne has finished his current world tour supporting his new album, Scream.
Osbourne tells QMI: "I'm not saying I wouldn't do it. but I've got another year to finish my tour. And if I do a Black Sabbath tour, Geezer has got to promise to stop moaning". "Geezer, I love him, but he's always on about something. He's like, Oh and I'm like, "Yeah, great to see you too".
It's Osbourne's first tour with new recruits Gus G on guitar and Tommy Clufetos on drums. And he says that despite the misunderstandings surrounding the departure of Black Label Society axeman Zakk Wylde, the singer has never been happier on the road.
