Aldridge, without question, is one of the baddest heavy rock drummers to ever sit behind a kit. If you know, you know. This cat is 75. Absolutely insane how he’s still hitting that hard with speed, power, and insane accuracy.

With regards to Tommy Aldridge I subsequently read that Tommy was in Black Oak Arkansa back in the middle 1970s but the first time that I became aware of him was when listening to the live Pat Travers album Go For What You Know a 'blistering live album' from about 1978. Apart from a few notable exceptions Tommy has subsequently played with just about every 'heavy rock band' from the mid-1970s onwards..
