Eric Clapton just don't get what is so amazing about his playing in comparison to about a BIZILLION other talented players. Same for Hendrix, though I hold Hendrix in high regard, I don't see him as "the greatest ever" or even of his age. I personally think Johnny Winter ( and others ) the more skilled of the two in Hendrix's heyday.
