I like how your highlighting the more obscure heavy bands of the 70s....something I tried to do with the NWOBHM / and now the 70s glam thread.
Some of these bands mentioned are real quality......makes you wonder why they got left behind........

High Tide(UK) featured a Jim Morrison like vocalist and a violinist that interplays with a fuzz-drenched guitar that actually works.
the 1969 release Sea Shanties.
