Okay, just remembered - and how could I have forgotten since I REALLY loved this concert...

Elton John (this was when he was doing the funky sunglasses and platform shoes and Nigel Olson was his drummer - what a cutie!!!)
Journey
The Outlaws
Styx - don't know how that one slipped my mind either.

Now from the I am going senile department....

Of all the concerts I've attended you'd think the R.E.M., Bruce Springsteen and Bright Eyes concert would be first and foremost in my mind since R.E.M. is my all-time fave, but no, I forgot to mention those three completely and that was just from 2 years ago....Geez....

And more...

George Benson
Yvonne Elliman
Richie Havens - he played at a Crater Festival (held in Diamond Head back in the 70s)

Guess the fog does clear after a while. I was just reading about how they had another concert in Diamond Head in April. Apparently they're trying to revive Crater Festival or something, not sure. Never gonna be the same as it was back in the day, though. People are too uptight these days. Ah well.......
