I am very happy that I got to see most of these bands in their prime, which I think is an important distinction, that in most cases, these bands were better, in performance, and material, in the 70s, than they eventually were in the decades to follow........ I'm going to mention the "memorable" acts and shows..... I'll not mention the crappy or lackluster ones......

Led Zeppelin X8 (1970-1977)

The Who (with Moon) - 1975

Aerosmith - Rocks tour

Cheap Trick - 1978

Eric Clapton -1983

Alice Cooper - The Killer Tour

White Zombie - X2

ELP - Brain Salad Surgery Tour

Deep Purple - Machine Head Tour

Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick Tour

C,S,N,&Y - 1974

Michael Murphy - 1976 (Austin City Limits)

ZZ TOP - X3 (1974-1976)

Dave Mason - Mid 70's

Zappa - Mid 70's

Steppenwolf - Mid 70's

Moody Blues - 1973

Chicago - 1972

Grand Funk- 1972

David Bowie - Serious Moonlight Tour

Dylan - Benefit for Rubin Hurricane Carter - Astrodome

Dylan - Rolling Thunder Review

Texxas Jam - 1978 - Cotton Bowl

Van Halen 5X (1978-1984)

Guns & Roses - 1993

Rush - 80's
