That's really all that I might do later, but it all sounds fine as is now.
Do you think any four pin replacement will work?

I am sure it would work, there are only two designs of cartridges that I know of, the "P",,,and the old fashioned ones that I use. No need to re-invent something that has proven reliable over the decades of spinning wax.

Just sifting through my collection and found a DJ copy (near mint plus condition) that is probably worth a few pennies. I looked up it's value in lesser condition:

Five Man Electrical Band "Good-byes And Butterflies" - MGM SE4725 LP $440.30

This is not even on the band's discography. Me thinks I'll try to contact someone and see if they want to make an offer.

Good stuff Shadow! I think I'll get one of those Spin Clean gadgets myself.

:grinthumb

I cleaned a dozen or so albums so far. I can see the grunge that has be removed, that has settled on the bottom of the trough. Three little capfulls of solution and water (distilled if possible) is all it takes. That is enough to clean 30-50 albums. The bottle provided will handle a pretty large collection.

Can you tell I like it? :grinthumb
