Most Overrated Bands of the 90's

To carry Cosmic's point a little further a lot of folks consider U2 to be vastly overrated, but for me early U2 was excellent after Joshua Tree they changed and I stopped collecting them.

They could be considered both. They had two #1 albums (one in 1988, one in 1990) out of the 4 albums they released from 1986-1994 (not including their Christmas album)
