Most Overrated Bands of the 1980's!

Hair band was a term that always confused me too. Most all metal bands had long hair or unnacceptable hair against the norm.

I agree with this and have a very hard time putting most bands into a "hair band" category.

I think Whitesnake are overrated. I personally only like about 3 songs but I never saw the mass appeal. I know my mom saw the appeal in Coverdale and my dad saw the appeal in Kitaen.....other than that, yeah, just a few songs I like.


Over/underrated is all just opinion, anyways. I'll admit that my insides go on fire whenever someone says Led Zeppelin or Def Leppard are overrated but it's just their opinion, just like it's my opinion that LZ and DL rule the world <3
