I read a couple of days ago that Mike Vernon a lifelong 'blues' enthusiast and record producer passed away on March 2nd 2026 aged 81. Mike recorded a number of well known British 'blues' based bands such as John Mayall with Eric Clapton, Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, Ten Years After, Savoy Brown, Chicken Shack and a number of others during the late 1960s & 1970s and forming his own record label 'Blue Horizon' records.

I recall Blue Horizon (British label)and I think I might have a couple of lps mentioned on that label.
