overall, would you give Metal Mania a thumbs up or thumbs down ? When I first saw it, years back I loved it, but it really has turned into the power ballad hour.....

Power Ballads.. Nothing wrong with them at all.. You can't hard rock 100% of the time..

That Metal Show had Pearcy and DeMartini from Ratt on this morning, if I heard right , they wrote Out Of The Cellar at the same time Zack was writing some of Ozzy's stuff in the same apartment

Yep, another VH1 classic show, everything from acdc to van halen

Vh1 is sure stalling out these days with reality shows and stuff to try to grab a different audience..
But every once in awhile they will dig out the good stuff..
