I grew up listening to and hearing stories about Lonnie Mack .Was lucky enough to see him play many times , and I have yet to see any better combination of soulful vocals and wicked yet tasteful guitar playing . If nothing else , I start this thread to turn some people who may not already know on to a very good guitarist and artist in general .​

Lonnie Mack

We tune into the Blues station (on satellite tv) each nite when going to bed. Every time I hear Lonnie Mack's music, I [sleepily] think... tomorrow I'm going online to find out more about this great musician. Guess tomorrow finally got here! Will be adding him to my library.
