SOTD probably has a better flow, no medleys or reprises, just the classics. But I voted Live Evil because of Iommi and Geezer. Nobody can duplicate that sound but them.

Live Evil. Great cover too!

yeah, I forgot about the cover. Much more thought and graphics went into this, as opposed to Ozzy's stupid cover with grape jelly in his mouth.

yeah, I forgot about the cover. Much more thought and graphics went into this, as opposed to Ozzy's stupid cover with grape jelly in his mouth.

In all fairness to Ozzy, the dude just lost one of his best friends and bandmates in Randy Rhoads as well as a couple other members of his crew. Ozzy was devistated at the time and actually is rumored (or maybe it's been verified) that he wanted to quit that business after Randy's death.

At the time of that tragic accident, they were working on putting together a live album, however the record company forced Ozzy to shelf the idea and get something else out ASAP. Sabbath's Live Evil was due to be released later in the year and they wanted to get Ozzy's live album out before Live Evil, which they did.

So with Ozzy being unenthused about even having to do this album, I'm sure he didn't put a lot of thought or care into the album cover either.

*shrug* Just speculating.
