Lesser known 90's bands

    Olympic !

    IMHO one of the best, but less known due to their origin country - Czech republic and of course language, which is not english. These bands have it tough. Perhaps for someone who likes local european languages :)

    I didn't see this band mentioned. 1 hit from their 1 album in 1992.

    I didn't read the whole thread but I liked/still like many of these bands.

    Some others....

    Drivin' and Cryin', early 90s, straight ahead rock vs, the grunge sound of the times.

    Matthew Good Band, 1999 Beautiful Midnight album was great.

    James, British band early to mid 90s, they spanned categories of alt-rock-pop, kind of like Toad the Wet Sprocket,

    Watershed, from my city of Columbus Ohio, been around since the early 90s.
