One of the greatest bands ever.

I will have to think about my favorite album, I like all 4 of their first ones a lot.

Should the band reunite? If they do, will Plant be replaced?

I dont see it happening, but they have been auditioning other vocalists. Check this video out:

Skip to 1.20 on the video, Myles Kennedy admits to an audition or at least practicing with Led Zep......

If they reunited and toured with Plant and Jason Bonham I could handle that, but to tour without Plant seems wrong to me. Somehow the decision to retire Led Zeppelin as an active touring band after Bonzo's death seemed right to me. I like the legacy the way it is, just move on, like Plant has done.

Here is the first contract to their first concert, as the New Yardbirds, which is actually pre-Zeppelin.

This concert was held September 7, 1968 at the Gladsaxe Teen Club, Copenhagen, Denmark.

I bet the people who attended that concert didn't know what history they were witnessing! They had no clue they were going to see one of the Biggest Music Legends first concerts.

John Paul Jones is playing with "Them Crooked Vultures". The new single will be released November 17, 2009 the same day as the self-titled debut album.

    Them Crooked Vultures:

This Hard Rock Theme Park has a ride dedicated to Led Zeppelin "Led Zeppelin-The ride".

The park closed for a period due to financial reasons and reopened May, 2009 as "Freestyle Music Park". Upon the park's re-opening they renamed the ride:

    Flower:

"When the Levee Breaks" is perhaps Led Zeppelin's finest track alright. I've never understood why Robert Plant didn't play the harp more often.

And I still recall how electrifying it was to hear the first thundering notes to "Good Times Bad Times" on the radio in 1968. I knew right then and there that this was a band unlike any other I'd heard to that point.

    Lord Grendel:

I'm not much on this legacy thing. I think they should get out their and rock! Use it or lose it.
