How can it be a celebration of 40 years when there's nothing from the first three albums? I'm assuming that "Rock and Roll All Nite" will be the live version. Some of their best stuff is from those early LPs.

How can it be a celebration of 40 years when there's nothing from the first three albums? I'm assuming that "Rock and Roll All Nite" will be the live version. Some of their best stuff is from those early LPs.

In defense of being "technical", this album hits shelves in the far east in 2015, going back 40 years would eliminate the self-titled debut as well as Hotter Than Hell since both came out in 1974 (41 yrs ago).

I'm not saying that's why basically nothing from those first three albums is on this compilation, but just wanted to throw that out there. Even so, there's a ton of great stuff on Dressed to Kill that isn't included.
