I can't decide and it all depends on mood. I was very pleasantly surprised by a Petty tune that wasn't tired sounding. In fact, I kind of liked that whole album and it is probably a major reason I even started paying attention to yet another Dylan sounding mediocre band.

As for Roy, any time that guy is in a poll he has to be near the top. Pure class and solid musicianship always. The cool version of Elvis.
