Audio Ark is our best shop they have tons of high end equipment and the Paradigm line of speakers among others. You don't have to spend a fortune either, they carry complete entry level quality gear and the best money can buy. I sure hope they survive the next couple of years, I wished we never allowed Best Buy to set up shop here...some of the amps etc., are decent, and the Infinity speakers were okay but most of their stuff is below my minimum standards.

For $3,000ish you can get Focals (at work, can't pull up picture.)
Focal drivers (modified) are used in very high end Wilson Audio speakers.

Hi everyone,

I just saw that the thread has been updated. Thank you all for recommendations, especially Hepcat. The room where the setup is going to be installed is small (only 16m2), so the floor standers are not an option. The Monitor Audio Silver RX8s are great but I fell in love with B&W 685. So nice sounding speakers, plus I have a thing for B&W.

When it comes to the amplifier, I was considering some of the following models: Marantz PM6003 , *** C326BEE or Rotel RA-04SE. I liked Marantz best! Rotel is great but it doesn't have a remote and ***'s remote looks very cheap-ish. My budget for speakers and the amp would be around 1000 euros, so I was thinking maybe: Marantz amp and B&W speakers.

Can't go wrong with any of those three choices Davorp, I would probably get the Marantz myself, they still build quality into their gear.
