Well, I've been known to shake and fingerpop to these four:

7) Jungle Love by Morris Day & the Time

11) Let's Go Crazy by Prince

13) Give it To Me by Rick James

18) Billie Jean by Michael Jackson

I dunno about the rest....

:dunno:

All the songs in bold I have listened to on more than one occasion, and still enjoy them occasionally, and they seem to get played whenever I have a party.

You Dropped a Bomb on Me This video is great!

Let's Go Crazy is about the only Prince song I like...your reputation is impeccable Bucky no worries there, but Zombeels comment made me laugh.;)

I know every single one of those songs and I can prove it by at least posting a verse or two off memory..:D
To me Digital Underground has way more to them than Humpty Dance.
Michele Le. working with Dr Dre came off with a great Debut..
Cameo.. All I have to say is they are one of my favorite R&B groups of the 80's. I have every song you posted and loads of other stuff by all said groups..
There is nothing wrong with any of them. It's good music and fun to listen too.
Bell Bev Devoe's CD has some great songs on it.. :grinthumb
Glad to see you included Kurtis Blow's "The Breaks". He was the guy who was the first rapper to be commercially reconized.
I will listen to loads of R&B when the mood strikes me.. No shame in that at all..
I'm a dancer..

Shameful or not, that is party music! Give me a couple rumpunches and I dont care what the jukebox is playing just as long as it is LOUD!

I really like "It's Tricky", "Word Up", "Wild Thing", and "Baby Got Back" (aka "I Like Big Butts"). "Billie Jean" is also alright.
