How to promote/tour in Germany/Austria/Poland ?

Hi,

I represent a band, Freeway Mad from Reading who play hard Rock 'n Roll originals.



Now I keep being told by promoters , audience etc:

"They'd do really well in Germany or Poland where they love their classic Rock".

Sounds good , but how ?

Any of you good people who are, perhaps from UK or Ireland toured, promoted or reached out to the specifically Rock audience in Germany,Austria, Poland , or indeed any mainland European country ?
If so how did you do it ?
Does this forum have German language equivalents ?
Are there promoters who Tour bands into these countries ?
Are there venues that are good places to approach ?

The Band have a van, and passports, Europe is out there, it seems like a great idea, but just needs a bit of planning.
