I'm a big fan of straight up rock and some metal. My first concert was Kiss Dynasty tour and went to many concerts in the 80s (though I am not a big fan of glam). My next planned show is Iron Maiden in June, last one was Flogging Molly.
I have been working on re-purchasing much of the Vinyl I was dumb enought to get rid of, I recently got the Metallica LP Box set, Frehley's Comet (1st album), and Aerosmith Rocks.
The last CD I purchased was Tod Howarth's Opposite Gods. I liked Howarth's work in Frehley's Comet, but I was very impressed with his new CD, great straight up rock album mixing some classic and modern elements. I've been playing it non-stop the last few days, worth checking out (I bought it based on samples on his MySpace Page).
