Great Singers from the Last Five Years

Well people bring up great singers they almost always turn to singer from several decades ago (that's also because we're on a classic rock forum) but what about these days? Just as there are still great bands coming out each your there are plenty of phenomenal singer coming out both solo and in those bands. So my question to you is what singers from the last five year (i.e. recent memory) have caught your ear as truly talented and what's an example that proves it?


One of my favorite singers in some time is Florence Welch from Florence & The Machine

Although they formed at the start of the decade they didn't release their first album until 2006 so I hope this one counts CH. Anyway Chris Robertson from Black Stone Cherry. Great vocals, powerful but controlled IMO.
