Re: Grateful Dead

Just stopping by to post my Current Grateful Dead album collection.

My thanks to all the Dead Heads in the forum especially Groovy Man who has corrupted me and I've gone from just one album(American Beauty) to the 7 I have now.

I think my collection is complete...unless some of our resident experts tell me otherwise.:grinthumb

Re: Grateful Dead

^^I wondered how long it would take one of their fans to show up with some more rec's...:heheh:

I'll see what Groovy says when he shows up, I'm sure he'll laugh at my complete comment.;)

Re: Grateful Dead

^ I'm impressed LG. That's a nice collection. And a little surprised too. Never thought you'd pick up that many Grateful Dead albums. All you need is a couple of tie-dye t-shirts...
:heheh:

I still highly recommend ''Europe '72'' and ''Grateful Dead'' (also known as ''Skull and Roses'') - both live records, packed with a lot classic Dead songs that never appear on studio albums. Not too much jaming. Down the road, if you decide to pick up another album or two, these would be the ones to get, imo.

Well yeah, I was busy being a student :grinthumb (I still am)
But I stop by from time to time, much more reading than writing anythig.

And yeah, Europe 72 is great recommendation, live mixture of psych aswell as the country side of The Dead.
