Re: Gary Moore RIP

Very sad news indeed. Always felt that Gary was a very underrated guitarist and admired his work with Skid Row, Thin Lizzy, Collosseum II, BBM as well as his solo work. Remember reading how Ozzy tried to get him after Randy Rhoads had passed away. Also made Eric Clapton sound ordinary IMO when he played with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker.

Re: Gary Moore RIP

Wow, I just listened to his Run for Cover album last week (Specifically for Out in the Fields which featured Phil Lynott)

Very sad day...we also had a few threads started and we need to merge these so this news can be easily found and are all able to communicate more evenly.

(We also had a spammer in our midsts)

So Tray is the new OP here but we had two posts by Bryer and Iggy (Thank you both for starting threads on Gary) and all of it has been merged! Thank you for you patience.

Again this is a sad sad day for rock and roll.
