I disagree. What they should have done was perform....give a condolence tribute LIVE.......then donate the proceeds to the injured & deceased.


Their PR missed that one big time!

The thing is... how can you expect the Aerosmith fans in Turkey to have a great night out at a concert when so many of their fellow countrymen have perished in a terrible disaster? It just wouldn't feel right.

I totally agree, and I think the band would have had a hard time with it also. They'd be up there trying to perform with that whole horrible thing in their minds. :( I believe because they were there they understood how the people felt.

THIS would have been a much better idea, although I don't think they should have played on the scheduled date, but rather returned at a later date if at all possible and then done as Magic suggested

Maybe they will return at a later date. I just personally feel that if I had a ticket and something like that happened in my area, I don't think I would want to go because my memory would be chained to that. :uh:
