Hard rock glory.Too bad I had to endure all the damn 1980's hair bands growing up that simply shredded the genre's creative potential with unadulterated mind numbing top forty fodder........

A highlight of my senior year in high school. The 8 track in my car worked overtime playing it.

Funky sleeve design. And Old Hippie,I like the 8 track reference.Been meaning for years to dig up a player somewhere online and start collecting cartridges."Head" would certainly be among my first wave of album purchases along with "Zep IV" and The White Album...........

True story - I got this album from my Aunt. The cover had aluminum foil taped on it, as she was using it as a sun reflector/catcher! But the vinyl worked flawlessly. Awesome album from start to finish.

Apparently MACHINE HEAD is one of Ozzy's favourite top 10 British heavy rock albums of all time.
