I'm not going to make some overblown review on the album itself but rather do a post by post song introduction to folks here.
I will say that I have been listening to this this morning since I picked it up and it's a fantastic piece of work and it's growing on me fast.
Guest vocalists include Gene Simmons (co- writer for one tune), John Corabi, Tobias Sammet (Edguy), Eric Singer, Doug Fieger (The Knack), Nick Simmons, Steve Lukather.
This track here "Ain't Gonna Die" is co-written with Gene Simmons, Bruce's ex KISS band mate and I have to tell you it's one of the best Gene moments since the Revenge days with Bruce.
You'll have to listen to it all the way through...so the initial verses will make more sense later. They sound like your typical verses...but then it happens...the song breaks into strings and takes a few melodic twists...this song is just epic.
