Blind Faith. I'm a huge Savoy Brown fan but Looking In is nowhere near the previous albums with vocalist Chris Youlden. Kim Simmonds and the band were never the same IMO after Youlden left before Looking In.
That's a good point, joe! I am a long time Savoy Brown fan, too, and although some bands can handle various changes of performers, some band members aren't either easily replaced, nor may that possibly be a good idea for some bands styles, imo. With Savoy Brown mostly playing blues styles, that might not have been a good choice, whether that was his choice, or perhaps one or more of the other band members that may've wanted to go in another direction, that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good choice and also that it will possibly keep some fans continued interests, too, imo.
