I have to admit that when this came out in `70` I was 13...This was being played the day I decided to "Turn on, tune in, drop out" At that time I was rockin` out to bands like Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin and then I hear Black Sabbath....well, they kinda freaked me out....I have been a fan every since!

it comes down to Paranoid and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath for me. Both are excellent tunes by i'm going to go with Sabbath Bloody Sabbath because Tony Iommi's riffs in that song are just phenomenal and it is one of my favorite Sabbath tracks of all time.
