1982 is also the year of "Thriller", but, i'm one of those music fans that like an album that's pretty much entirely written by the artist you're listening to. MJ only wrote 4 songs for Thriller (barely an E.Ps worth). I didn't include Van Halen's "Diver Down" for the same reason (too many covers for my liking).
