Which King Crimson album did you choose? I chose both because when I first got into King Crimson these were the two albums I started out with and loved both equally.

I picked both as well, ITWOP got a lot of 'stick' for being a near duplicate of their debut but I never felt that way, both are essential for any KC collection.

It is a tie for me as well. For me In The Wake Gets a little slow during the Holst part but songs like Pictures of a City, Cat Food and the tittle track more than redeem it.

I really want to listen to the Poseidon album because I've heard so much about how it sounds a lot like the debut. And I love the debut!
