Re: B. B. King

I like BB King, but I find a little blues goes a long way for me. I like jazz more myself.

But no denying his stature in the Blues universe.

Re: B. B. King

B.B. is a wonderful showman, a fantastic band leader with a great sense of humour and an amazing musician. I have seen him with John Mayall opening and Gary Moore opening on both occasions he had his guests come up and do a few tunes, the respect was inspiring. Gary held back and went for the feel, B.B. brought out the best in him. I think John was really in his element playing with a hero and the audience on both occasions were treated to a special night of superior blues.

The man is a mega star.. He gives me the chills listening to him.. He has a smooth voice and his guitar playing is out of this world..
Never seen him in concert but every time I hear "The Thrill Is Gone" I have to put it on and play some Bass to it..
The man's a legend..

Not only do I love hearing B.B. King play a great blues guitar...

I love to hear B.B. sing!

Nobody can do it the way B.B. does it!

A legend indeed!
