Also I already explained how what I said is on topic. Try reading it again.
I read what you said, and I don't understand how you think that using the itunes software on you local machine falls as opposed to purchasing music from the iTunes store is even close to the same thing. I think that you should try reading the article again, if you even read it in the first place.

Hmmm it seemed more calling me out than anything else.
Here we go with that bs again. If you make the comment, how am I supposed to respond? Should I direct my own response towards some fictional person who isn't in the thread? Then at that point, you 'd complain that I'm "calling you out" indirectly. If I respond directly to you , I'm "calling you out". you can't be happy with anything said to you because you deem it as a gang-up on you or maybe you just can't handle responses (or so you have implied numerous times over the past year). If you don't want even an intended polite and/or simple response to your posts, then perhaps you should reconsider what you say and how you say it.

There, for once, a post all about you, even though my original response had nothing to do with you personally, just what you said.

No you could just shut up and leave it alone instead of doing exactly what I new was going to happen if and when I responded to you.

A big reason I like amazon is for the fact that they tend to sell albums pretty cheap. I got a good list of albums that didn't even go over 50 bucks. So they do sell good quality stuff for cheap prices, which can be nice. Apple generally do the same thing, sometimes. But I think they overcharge stuff on the iTunes store sometimes. Unless you preorder. Idk, that's just my two cents.

The idea Amazon has announced have some issues. You must have an internet connection to listen to the uploaded songs. At this point I stay with Apple as technology developer. I prefer sync CD Ripped songs at rate 320kbps and listen to them on my iPod everywhere. Plus I would rather spend +£200 on a thing, that I can also play games, watch movies or do anything on any other application, than £12.50 for just extra 15GBs.

Not always. Some albums I've been looking for on Amazon are more expensive that any other website. At some point it's better to look on official band or record label stores. Apart from Budgie. :heheh:

I suppose I got lucky then. Or I was just looking at some albums that were older. They were a bunch of zeppelin albums, so I suppose the year they were released had something to do with it.

the [Search] button is everyone's friend. :)

Am I suppossed to use the search button before I post in every thread to find out what members have stated in previous posts, videos and smilie icons they have posted, links they've provided, images downloaded, etc?

Who would do this?

I've gone through most threads here since I joined last summer so I wouldn't duplicate threads and add other useless information. I like to think that when I add something to a thread it is somewhat worthy and of substance.

I don't think many members use the search function before they post in every thread. I could be wrong. Might be a good poll question to ask.

The search button isn't my friend.

Guys, I might be slightly off topic here but perhaps we could get back to discussing the actual topic at hand rather than how many people use the search button for each thread or how 'on/off topic' someone is.

To answer the question and I am not on anybody's side, I used and do use the search function to see if a thread I want to make already exists, unfortunately its not the most reliable because I have searched for some topics that I wanted to make, and nothing came up, but as my thread is created, one of the mods had found a copy of the thread that was already made. So, sometimes its helpful, and other times its just a waste of time.
