I still have this thing for Get Your Wings, always will I suppose. It's number one on my list for best Aerosmith albums, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

You got it Powerage - "Walk This Way" is an awesome book and tells it like like it was & is. It the best book about Aerosmith in my opinion anyway. I gave you my fav songs,now here are my fav collections.

Found a band I need to finish collecting for, well more like start again.
Gotta get the 1970s albums as that era is my favourite. Pretty much the discography over time I would like to have in my library. Kinda glad the new one was delayed. Gives me time to listen to everything else.

Sammy Hagar was invited to replace Steven Tyler


Evidently back in 2010, Aerosmith was scouting for a replacement. But why on earth would they ask Sammy Hagar? He doesn't fit their image at all!!!!!

I currently live in New Jersey but grew up in Brooklyn,New York and I have seen every tour that they have played in the Tri-State area since I saw them open for Black Sabbath and blew them off the stage. Ozzy was pissed,people were yelling for Aerosmith and I bet alot of people didn't even know who they were only that they ROCKED ! Most of the material that they did that night was from the "Get Your Wings" album. I don't know how I couldn't have included this album in my top five fav albums. You are right Metalpriest,this collection of songs is without a doubt a superior album,I'm sorry that "Toys in the Attic" is still my fav album but "Get Your Wings" is right behind it. I can't wait for the new collection.
