Kind of a strange one here.I've always loved Black Sabbath's "Lagunua Sunrise".The weird part?Naturally, the Sabs aren't exactly the first thing that comes to most people's minds when they think "accoustic",but it is an accoustic track and in my mind a really good one.Wost accoustic ever?Quite possibly Eric Clapton's dreadful early 1990's redux of "Layla",which,of course, was hardly intended for any soft approach.Without the tune's original inspirational intensity, this classic piece of rock lore merely becomes sappy, middle of the road top twenty fodder......................

I also cannot stand Clapton's acoustic remake of Layla.

The Who - Blue, Red & Grey
From By Numbers, with Townsend on vocals and ukelele.

Neil Young - Star of Bethlehem
Sad song from American Stars & Bars, with Emmylou Harris singing harmony.

With lovers, buggers, & thieves.

Yup. That release did permanent damage to his credibility in my opinion. Why he thought it was a good idea,
and how he thought is was good after it was made, I'll forever scratch my head over. "Kill it before it grows."

Sunshine (Go Away Today) - Jonathan Edwards
Loved this song as a kid and it still sounds fine.
