BOOKS ABOUT KISS COMING OUT SOON

Kiss fans probably have CD shelves that are full and soon, their bookshelves will be too. That’s because a slew of books about the band will be out in the coming months. Bassist Gene Simmons and singer Paul Stanley are working on a tome called Nothin’ to Lose that describes the history of the group’s early years, from its inception in 1973 to the 1975 release of the classic concert flick, Alive!. That’s due out in 2012. Meanwhile, on November 1st of this year, former guitarist Ace Frehley will put out his autobiography, No Regrets and original drummer Peter Criss is also putting out a book next year.
