^^^Got to agree MP I have been listening to "Clockwork Angels" and am really impressed. This could turn into a firm favourite of mine, I like every track.

Had to step back and give this one more volume, what a track

Gonna have to give that album a listen. I usually don't listen to new albums by old bands but everyone seems to be praising it.

Playing that bass line while singing The Anarchist will be challenging for Mr. Lee live. One of my favorite tracks from CA. What a great record.

Before and After. My favourite from the self titled debut album.

Working Men is another one I love.

Right on. Before and After and Here Again are my favorites. But Before and After I like slightly more.

^^One of the best chorus hooks they have ever written. I hope Alex solo's for a while at the end when they play it live. Certainly one of the songs that makes CA a great album.

The Garden was a good way to finish it as well. Was a pretty lengthy album but kept my attention with every song. Got better after my initial listen or two.

i still love Rush.
the new album is quite amazing. i haven't really played it all that much, but from the maybe 5 times i heard it. it's pretty damn good.
i picked up the live Moving Pictures album as well, and was so disappointed that The Camera Eye (my favorite song on that album) was just not that great. it's true. it's no wonder Geddy don't want to sing the songs he cannot sing anymore.
at one point, i owned every album up to Presto, which would've been the newest one at that time. but it takes time to enjoy an album like that. i found a cassette copy at a flea market once and thought what the hell. may as well give it another try. it's alright. but it's not like it's in my top 10 albums of them.

had to sell all the cd's and dvd's a few years ago when i was flat ass broke and broke up with my ex. Rock In Rio is a great dvd. maybe someday if i ever manage to get an apartment of my own again. then i will start buying all those dvds again.

i want to find another mint copy of Archives again.
that was the first Rush album(s) i remember as a kid
same with the red vinyl Hemispheres pressing

Happens to every lead vocalist eventually as they get older Dr. Chocolate. People's vocal chords change especially if they sing for decades like most of our older rock legends.

I wonder if RUSH even plays any songs off their first 3 albums live, before Geddy's voice improved, at least it sounds much better to me from 2112 to now.
