Free Vinyl Box Set
ok just found the complete vinyl box set £85...as I`ve gotten them on Cd`s so I`m not sure will I or won`t I buy the vinyl`s... anyone whom will be buying them................

You know what, Free is one of my favourite bands, so, I'd love to and at some point I probably will. However, I already own them all on CD (some of them I have several copies of, regular, deluxe etc.) and I already own some of them on vinyl. Right now, other releases have higher priority.

been having a mind blowing experience "highway" album for me is an absolute genius of an album I prefer it to "fire and water"

I agree that Highway is very underrated. Not as riffy as fire and ice, it's still a damn fine album. Much more introspective than most of their other stuff.
My favourite Free album is probably "Heartbreaker"

Been getting into a handful of Free songs in the last couple of years. I still do not own any of their albums, but at some point, I'd like to own all of them. The band had a cool sound and of course Rodgers' vocals are very cool to hear in this band.
When I first discovered Fire and Water, the first thing I thought of is that Nazareth completely stole that riff for Miss Misery
here's a comparison:
Free - Fire and Water
Nazareth - Miss Misery
It's not 100% identical, but the riff itself and the guitar sound / tone is about 95% identical. Enough that you would think that some lawyer somewhere would have thrown down to get this one into court.
Anyway, love both tracks, and I was waaaay more familiar with the Nazareth track, so when I heard Fire and Water, I said to myself "holy crap, I know that from somewhere!"
