^^^I remember 107.7 as well. Also another station was KZOK 102.5 which played more the classic rock.
Some of the DJs from KISW left and formed a new station KXRX sometime in the late '80's which was a similar format though the station folded a few years later.
Another great program on KISW was "Electric Lunch", a noon hour show which played all the pysch from the late 60's and early '70's. I used to carry a "ghetto blaster" with me back in high school so we could listen to it. Good memories.
Yeah, I listen to 107.7 on occasion. I think I remember Electric Lunch vaguely, though I could easily be thinking of something else. I'm not too great at remember the programs the radio broad casted, but I remember hearing some older tunes that I hadn't heard otherwise. I just wish they put more radio stations on that focused on what the listener wants to hear, instead of what is popular. A lot of the stations I used to love are now stations I dislike strongly.
