I liked some parts of Tales From Topographic Oceans right away. But I still believe there are parts that are deliberately drawn out to fill the album side. Very solid extremely interesting concept in need of a little editing.

A great double album but I couldn't resist.

Well I have started to buy the remastered albums and I am finding them cheap:) I have been thinking about this for some time and realised it is time to take the plunge, I have had a number of their albums for some time and now it is time to get the remasters:)

I was going to go and see them last year but had spent so much on other gigs, saw Anderson and Wakeman and they were excellent, Yes seemed to have eluded me:)

^^I am shocked, I thought you'd have caught Yes many times over your illustrious concert campaign Sweaty...;)

I am considering picking up "Close to the Edge" on vinyl, either brand new or from one of the used shops, but I've got "Fragile" the new HQ 180 gram edition and it literally sent chills down my spine when I played it, especially Steve Howe's acoustic guitar, it was like he was standing in the room playing in front of me.

Sox is a big fan and I have a couple more friends who have everything, I guess I have just been busy seeing other bands. I have just started to pick up the remasters on CD and replace anything I have, did manage to catch Asia a couple of years ago and will catch Yes next time if they ever tour again.

I bet the vunyl sounds excellent, I remember I used to play lots of vinyl and loud:)

^^I would bet Sox's "Ale Hoard" that you will cross Yes off your concert list eventually...and more than likely 'ave a good chin wag with the lads after the show is over.

That would be something, when they play local they may be seen in the local pub, if I see them I would like to bet Sox will be with me:woot:

^^You and Sox are like "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", it wouldn't seem right for you to catch a concert without each other in tow.
