I just started to learn. After all these years. One of the reasons for joining too. I'm at the finger tip pain stage :p

I dropped a bollock, bought a '71 Tele... but with an esquire neck and stock... plays sweet and lovely action... my Son spotted the flaw... but I'm often one sandwich short of a picnic... Jeff Beck use the same setup? Telecat might know.....

My fingers hurt less now lol. :p I got hold of a 70s Marantz tape deck (For old texture) a collector had deep cleaned and sold to me cheap. I will learn that bloody guitar and use some of my analogue synths to create far out tapes that you can all laugh at.

No problem, there are a few on here, I like old stuff too like Carlsboro or Wem, valve jobs, due to my shit hands, cry baby, distort and reverb are standard.

I did get all excited about learning the stones songs and then found out they used alt tunings like open G etc lol. I am at the basics stage so that will come much later. :D

Sometimes Mulberry it's hard to get 'that sound' sometimes it's good to mic your guitar as well... if you have several or a PA... sometimes when I'm inventive I piss about like an old hessian office screen I use as a baffle board, or open tune, drop the bottom string, and use an old sixpence as a pick, mix slinky strings with others... and feck the neighbours!!
