Mott the Hoople - Ready for Love




The BadCo remake is SOOOOOOOOOO much better. The intro guitar riff sounds a lot like Miss Misery (Nazareth), yeah I know this came out first, just saying it reminds me of that song quite a bit. Hunter's vocals are so weak though in comparison to Rodgers with BadCo. Also, not a fan of the keychange in the original.

I've never really listened to Testament and find this track quite a surprise - has their sound changed a lot from the early days? Anyway enjoyed listening to it, I imagine it's one of their more radio friendly songs, giving it a solid 7/10
