As a guy who has been a fan of Warrant through thick and thin, I ain't a huge fan of the cover art. However, seeing as I thought their album with Jaime St. James was pretty good, minus Jani Lane, I am looking forward to HEARING the new album with Robert Mason.

I'm a BIG fan of Robert Mason. Well, I take that back, I'm a big (HUGE) fan of the album he did with George Lynch back in the early 90's. The second Lynch Mob album. His vocals were fantastic. Unfortunately, his time with Lynch wasn't long enough. I heard he was singing for Warrant, so yeah, I'm looking forward to this as well.

I agree and I don't get it. For a band that's been around as long as they have and have as many studio albums that they have (7 I think?)... why is it that every single album has a different band logo? Seriously, pay some college kid to design a damn logo for you and KEEP IT!

Aside from the logo, I don't care for the rest of the album artwork either. But, that's not really the best way to judge an album, as we all know.

I don't think I've ever even heard a song off of that album. I picked it up once at a store and looked at it, but just put it back down. I liked Jaime's vocals back in the 80's, in Black n Blue. I should probably check out his album with Warrant as well.

This is a new song, the sound quality is bad but it's rockin' :metal:

0:35 mark... "lets do a new one, lets write a song right now"

then some guy in the audience hollars out "FREEBIRD!" :heheh:

there are some cliches and overused terms in rock that are just that, overused... but this one NEVER gets old to me. :D

The album they did with Jaime is the closest thing Warrant has done to DRFSR or Cherry Pie since they actually recorded those records.

So if you liked early Warrant, you should enjoy it.

Cool, thanks. I'll have to try and remember to look for it next time I'm at a record store that actually carries music from 80's-type bands.

Well here is a sampler of the album. Alas I could not locate my favorite song from the Born Again record with James via YouTube. Ah well.

I like them both! Cool stuff. Bourbon Cty Line has a nice jam in it... in spots, it seems to have hints of Uncle Tom's Cabin in it (which is cool since I still love that tune).

Thanks a bunch!
