nice to hear.
my daughter is eleven and she is just starting to suckle at the nozzle of Radio Disney.
rather than try to stuff what I like down her throat sideways, I just play it sometimes. she likes a lot of it and sometimes asks me to put classic rock on her i-pod shuffle.

knock wood.

Way back in the 70's when I was a kid, my Dad was dancing around the recroom to Cheap Trick and Abba (lol) which was current stuff back then, he still loves it!
At night though sometimes, I'd hear him listening to his 40's radio station playing Benny Goodman etc...so that stuff was kind of cool to hear, quite emotional music.

I grew up on 80's music but got introduced to Led Zeppelin by my brother-who is a year younger than I am. He is really into 70's music.

I'm 16.... and I come from Poland ( so If I do any mistake, dont be angry... please!)

My first rock group was Nirvana. Evrybody started on Nirvana's songs ;-). But now... my friends schow me the way to classic rock... And I like it . My inspierancion is Janis Joplin. I love her voice... She was so beatifull!!

Oh god.... you can find any mistakes on it!! :(

Don't worry about mistakes! We'd all like to hear what you have to say. :)

And I agree about Joplin. Here's a poster from a concert I saw when I was 17! It hangs on the wall over my desk.

Hehe. Aawh. Thank you. <3

I might be young, but I astonish my parents with my knowledge of classic rock.
