Re: Twisted Sister

I really think Stay Hungry needs remastering big time. The ****ing thing is too quiet a mix. I prefer the whole loudness war to this.

Re: Twisted Sister

I agree with Riff Raff. I dream about is to hear the original "Stay Hungry" with a more powerful sound of drums, rhythm guitar and bass. I don't really like the album "Still Hungry", because TS is lowered the tone in the overwriting the old songs.

Re: Twisted Sister

It just needs to be raised in volume on the mix so I don't have to crank the speakers all the way just to get decent sound.

I used to see them in clubs in Poughkeepsie NY in the late 70's-early 80's, before they were famous. They put out a couple of singles on their own label, Twisted Sister Records, I'll Never Grow Up and Bad Boys of Rock N Roll. Bad Boys ended up on their first album, but the single was muuuuuuuch better as far as mix and energy. The drummer at the time was Tony Petri. I'll Never Grow Up would have been great follow up to We're Not Gonna Take It. I'm one of those guys that doesn't care about great musicianship, I want energy and fun, and those guys could deliver it. :cheers2
