^^One of the nicest guys in the music business. Caught an interview on "60 Minutes" I think it was a couple of years back and he is doing fine. Spends most of his time on his estate with his family and still records in his own studio when he feels the creative urge.

A class act all the way around, and I think "Arc of a Diver" and "Back in the High Life Again" are two fantastic records.

Wanted to bump threads that are relevant to my 70's thread and this is more of a Dave Mason post but I have to say this song by him is one of my best discoveries. What a contrast to the rest of the "Alone Together" album which is good in it's own right. None of those songs captures the beautiful inescapable melody of this track though. It has one of those mystical classic qualities that some of the 60's and 70's presented like Simon and garfunkel over the more drab offerings of the era.
