I never thought that Youtube would lie to me ... I just thought that it was a deep cut that I didn't know ... I guess I should do more researching before posting ....

Evidently Jimmy Page did not play on "Ha Ha Said the Clown"! This from YouTube:

If another band had done this version, it would have been really okay. But for the Yardbirds, it was much below par. Producer Micky Most forced the Yardbirds to record this song in his try to commercialice the band, but eventually only Keith Relf was heard on this record, with McCarthy, Dreja and Page replaced by session musicians. This single was one of the nails in the coffin of the Yardbirds, as neither the band nor the fans appreciated it.
