Regardless of classification ... they were always part of my metal music catalogue!

I saw the Scorpions in the Summer of 2007 .. they are still amazing and just blew everyone away .. they played all of their hits and you could tell that they were still having fun touring.

I would go see them again in a heartbeat.

Here's my top-three hair metal bands:

Motley Crue
Ratt
Dokken

I never could get into the other "hair metal" bands like Quiet Riot, Poison or Warrant, and I considered all the other 80's rock bands I liked back then (Van Halen, The Scorpions, Def Leppard, Ozzy, Queensryche, Whitesnake, Guns & Roses), to just be "hard rock".
