Top 10 metal bands

Like all of yours except LOG and am not familiar with Annihilator, heard of them but don't know too much about them.

Very good band. A Canadian Technical Thrash Metal band.

Think they are from Ottawa if not mistaken. Jeff Waters is probably the best guitarist IMO out of all the thrash guitarists.

Was offered the lead spot in Megadeth 2 times. Once in 89 before Friedman auditioned, and then in 2004. Turned them both down (obviously lol) since he said that he and Mustaine would clash since they are both in the leader mentality.

Nice list Bucky, I debated about whether to put BOC in this section, they could go in either hard rock or metal, but I put them in the 70's.

Alice Cooper is revered among most Metal bands today, they respect him a lot, even the hard core Black/Death bands give him respect. Billion Dollar Babies is the best album he ever recorded,,,for my money anyway.

I checked out Anthrax and although Bucky and I are like brothers, musically speaking, I don't like them at all. Too much Nu-metal in their music for me.
